Our Abstinence Track collaborates multiple science based therapeutic approaches to create the best individualized treatment plan for our clients.

Cognitive Therapy – focuses on changing clients thinking.
Behavioral Therapy – focuses on changing irrational and destructive behaviors.
Family Therapy – focuses on educating family members on loved ones addiction and to create a better functioning home environment.
