Regular workouts are one of the best ways to unwind your body and mind. Plus, exercise will refresh your mood. But you have to do it regularly to pay it off.

Work up to 2 and ½ hours of moderate to slightly intense exercise like brisk walks. You can also do 75 minutes of heavy exercise like jogging, swimming laps, or other sports.
Set your goals to keep yourself more motivated by regular exercise. Experts say doing any exercise on daily basis is much better than doing nothing.
2- Relax Your Muscles
When you’re under stress, your muscles become tense. You can relieve them up on your own and relax your body by:
- Enjoying a massage
- Taking a shower or hot bath
- Stretching
- Getting good sleep in night
3- Slow Down
Now the daily routine of most people is so busy, and sometimes we need to slow down. Find some ways to have a break from your busy routine. For example:

Find out the causes behind your stress from your everyday routine. Is it your commute, your job, or your schoolwork? If you’re able to find what it is, see if you’re able to remove them from life, or at least decrease them.
If you can’t find the main reason for your stress, try to keep a stress journal. Make notes of what things make you stressed, and then find ways to eliminate or decrease those triggers.
